Juice recipes that help you power through the day!

Very often we have false perception about how much food we need.  American breakfast is a great example – sausage, eggs, yogurt, and tons of others.  Do we really need that much food, especially in the morning?  My experience is that a good cup of power juice would be sufficient, although it takes some time to get used to!

Power juice could be extremely simple.  My go-to ingredients include cucumber, carrot, celery sticks, banana, orange, apple, and some green leaves.  Obviously, best if the ingredients are all organic.  The steps can’t be easier: cut them into small pieces, put into blender, blend and you are done! 🙂
